At Portable Gaming Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Portable Gaming Station, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy.

  • Returns: You may return your Portable Gaming Station within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the Product is in new, unused condition and includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will offer a repair, replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges you paid.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer after delivery.
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers.
  1. Return Process

To return your Portable Gaming Station:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at scott@portablegamingsolutions.com to initiate the return. Please provide your order number, the reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization email and instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Package the Product: Carefully package the Product in its original box with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  4. Ship the Product: Send the Product back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or damage (in which case we will provide a pre-paid shipping label).
  5. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your refund or exchange.
  1. Refunds
  • Refund Processing: If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the return within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned Product. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases (e.g., missing parts, damages caused by the customer), a partial refund may be issued.
  • Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will refund the original shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • The Portable Gaming Station comes with a limited warranty of 6 months covering manufacturing defects and faults. If your product is defective after the return period, please refer to the warranty section of our Terms and Conditions for further assistance.

  • Cancellations After Shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, but you can return them in accordance with our standard return policy.
